We’ve worked hard to curate a space that welcomes meaningful connection with oneself, loved ones and the environment it sits on — and the opportunity to share such a special space with others brings us pure joy. While we purposefully choose not to use the space as a full-time event space, we do welcome the most special of occasions.

The home sits on a 1.8 acre lot but the usable space for events is about half an acre. The other space can be used for parking and exploring. Given the limited usable space, we like to keep our events around 100 guests in total.

All event reservations include full access to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

10pm is the cut-off of the event and we ask that the events begin to wind down around 9pm as we begin to run into issues with the county if events go any later.

Including the road and our side lots, we allow for 10 parking spots so we ask that you encourage carpooling, rideshare services or look into a shuttle services.
